The purpose of a halfway house is to provide a safe and comfortable place for those who need temporary protection, while helping them prepare to return to a more stable or independent environment.
Rumah Singgah is a program that aims to provide temporary housing for those who need protection and support, such as street children, homeless people, patients from out of town who are undergoing treatment, or those in emergency situations.
At Rumah Singgah, residents will receive basic needs such as a bed, food and assistance services. Apart from that, the kAaAya Foundation also provides empowerment activities, guidance, and access to health or education services. Through this program, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment, where every individual has the opportunity to recover and prepare for a better future.
